About Praiseach
na dèan praiseach dheth — Scottish Gaelic for "don't make a mess of it."
My dad has said it my whole life. Na dèan praiseach dheth. Heading out the door, sitting an exam, starting anything that mattered — "don't make a praiseach of it." Praiseach is Gaelic for a mess, a muddle, a hash of things. It stuck with me more than he probably knows.
Because most of my messes weren't dramatic. They were just days. A good day and a wasted one held the same hours — the difference was whether I did the hard thing when I actually had the energy for it, or pushed it around a jumbled to-do list until it was too late to do well.
So I built Praiseach so I don't make a praiseach of my day.
It takes your tasks and lays them out around your energy — your hardest work in your peak-focus hours, lighter work in the dips, breaks where you need them. Not another list that just sits there, but a plan that fits how you actually work.
The mission is simple: help people become their best selves through better daily planning, grounded in the science of how focus and energy really move through a day. Small, honest wins — one good day, then another.
Thanks for being here. And, you know — na dèan praiseach dheth.
